You have the following rights in relation to your personal data. For details, we refer to the legal regulations. If you are within the scope of the GDPR, the GDPR serves as the legal basis.
Right of Access
You have the right to request confirmation from us as to whether we process personal data concerning you. If this is the case, you have the right to access this personal data and to receive further information. If you are within the scope of the GDPR, the legal basis is Article 15 GDPR.
Right to Rectification
You have the right to request the immediate correction of inaccurate personal data concerning you. Considering the purposes of processing, you also have the right to request the completion of incomplete personal data, including by means of a supplementary statement. If you are within the scope of the GDPR, the legal basis is Article 16 GDPR.
Right to Erasure
You have the right to request that we delete personal data concerning you without undue delay. We are obliged to delete personal data immediately if the relevant conditions are met. If you are within the scope of the GDPR, the legal basis is Article 17 GDPR.
Right to Restriction of Processing
Under certain conditions, you have the right to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data. If you are within the scope of the GDPR, the legal basis is Article 18 GDPR.
Right to Data Portability
If you are within the scope of the GDPR, you have the right under Article 20 GDPR to receive the personal data concerning you, which you have provided to us, in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format. You also have the right to transfer this data to another controller without interference from us, provided that the processing is based on consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR or Article 9(2)(a) GDPR or on a contract under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR and the processing is carried out using automated means.
Right to Lodge a Complaint with a Supervisory Authority
If you are within the scope of the GDPR, you have the right under Article 77 GDPR to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, without prejudice to any other administrative or judicial remedy. This right applies in particular in the Member State of your residence, your workplace, or the place of the alleged infringement, if you believe that the processing of personal data concerning you violates the GDPR.
Right to Object
You have the right to object to the processing of personal data concerning you, including processing based on legitimate interests or the performance of a task in the public interest/exercise of official authority (including profiling), direct marketing (including profiling), and processing for scientific/historical research and statistical purposes.
If you are within the scope of the GDPR, the legal basis is Article 21 GDPR. The objection applies to personal data processed based on Article 6(1)(e) or (f) GDPR.
